Veldig fornøyd med Hassan. Utrolig flink til å kommunisere hvis man lurer på noe eller trenger tips. Effektiv i jobben sin og fleksibel når man trenger å endre dato osv. Min nye faste tannlege :)

Første gang hos Hassan for rotfylling. Han var veldig tydelig, og tålmodig. Han forklarte underveis hva han skulle gjøre. Anbefales!

My experience with this doctor was terrible. The doctor made a crown for one tooth, but unnecessarily shaved off not only the tooth that needed the crown but also the adjacent one. Since it was a canine tooth, this is now quite visible. When the crown arrived, it was too tall, and after several adjustments, the doctor decided to adjust the tooth on the opposite jaw to fit the crown, which I found unacceptable.

When I expressed that the crown didn't fit well and felt too big, the doctor simply mentioned that I would get used to it. The crown also had a defect and had to be redone, which the doctor agreed to do, but I struggled for several months trying to adjust to something that wasn't right.

Additionally, this doctor uses outdated techniques and does not use a digital scanner, resulting in more pain and the need for additional anesthesia, which could be avoided with newer technologies.

Furthermore, after the initial tooth shaving, I did not receive a temporary crown. However, during the second procedure (replacing of the defected crown), a temporary crown was provided. When I asked about the difference, the doctor explained that it was winter during the first procedure, and it was acceptable to be "without" a tooth, but now it is summer and it would not be aesthetically pleasing. I found this reasoning unacceptable as I don't hibernate for winter and have to work during winter too.

Overall, it was a awful experience with a doctor who seemed always in a hurry and did not listen to my concerns.
